2004 MTV Movie Awards Nominations Announced
MTV: Music Television announced the nominations Wednesday for its 2004 MTV Movie Awards.
The 13th-annual ceremony will be held June 5 at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, Calif., and will air on MTV June 10 at 9 p.m. (EST/PST).
The most nominations, six, went to Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. X2: X-Men United and 50 First Dates followed with four each.
Three nominations apiece went to Bringing Down the House, Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.
Receiving two each were Bad Boys II, Bruce Almighty, Finding Nemo, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Lost in Translation, The Matrix: Reloaded, Monster, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, SchoolofRock, Starsky & Hutch and You Got Served.
