Actor Bill Paxton Dies
Veteran TV/movie actor Bill Paxton past away Saturday due to complications from surgery, according to press reports.
Paxton, 61, starred in such television series as HBO’s Big Love, Hatfields & McCoys and History’s Texas Rising over an acting career that spanned more than four decades.
More recently, Paxton appeared in CBS’ new police drama series Training Day, which launched earlier this month. Production on the 13-part series was completed in December.
Paxton also starred in such theatrical hits as Titanic, Twister, The Terminator and Apollo 13.
