Kate Adams has joined James Cable Holdings LLC as CEO.
Adams had been district manager in Maine for Adelphia Communications Corp.
She replaces Bill James, who is retiring.
James Cable operates cable systems serving rural communities in Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Colorado, Wyoming, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida.
