A+E Networks' TV Everywhere Apps Available On Kindle Fire HD Tablets
Users of Kindle Fire HD devices can now access TV Everywhere services from A+E Networks as part of a deal announced Tuesday.
A&E, History and Lifetime networks' Tv Everywhere apps are now available via the Amazon App and Google Play stores, according to network officials. The apps enable authenticated subscribers to access full previous seasons of series from the three networks as well as additional content.
A+E Networks have already generated 5.5 million downloads of its TV Everywhere apps to date from iPad, iPhone and Android users. The A+E apps have garnered more than double the visits per unique visitor compared to the companion online sites, with a 30 percent higher video engagement rate, according to company officials.
