Alcatel SA and Lucent Technologies Inc. announced the team that will lead integration and transition planning efforts following the April 2 merger between the two companies.
Christian Reinaudo had previously been appointed executive vice president and program-office leader for Alcatel. He will be joined by Lucent chief strategy officer Janet Davidson, who was named executive VP of integration and program-office leader for Lucent.
As for the steering council, Alcatel’s members will be president and chief operating officer Mike Quigley, chief financial officer Jean-Pascal Beaufret and Reinaudo, while Lucent will be represented by COO Frank D'Amelio, CFO John Kritzmacher and Davidson.
The overall integration process will be chaired by Alcatel chairman and CEO Serge Tchuruk and Lucent chairman and CEO Patricia Russo.
