Amphenol Corp. said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Teradyne Inc.’s Connection Systems division for approximately $390 million in cash.
The deal was originally announced Oct. 10.
Amphenol said it financed the deal through borrowings under its revolving-credit facilities.
