Arbitron Inc. executive vice president of finance and planning and chief financial officer Bill Walsh announced his retirement Monday.
Walsh said he will remain with the company until a new CFO is in place.
He has been with Arbitron for more than 40 years.
Arbitron said it has retained an executive-search firm to conduct a search for a new CFO.
