Charles Cheevers added the title of chief technology officer, Europe at Arris.
Cheevers will continue in his roles as vice president of engineering for the “Cadant C3” cable-modem-termination-system and “Keystone D5” digital-multimedia-termination-system products and general manager of the vendor’s research-and-development center in Cork, Ireland.
