Atlantic Broadband Brings HBO Go to TiVo Platform
Ahead of the April 24 season six premiere of Game of Thrones, Atlantic Broadband has joined a growing list of TiVo partners to launch HBO Go, the premium programmer’s TV Everywhere service, on set-top boxes.
The integration lets Atlantic Broadband access the HBO Go app and stream originals and movies via the TiVo set-top interface. HBO Go content is also integrated into TiVo’s search and OnePass systems.

Grande Communication and RCN added HBO Go to their respective TiVo-powered platforms earlier this year.
That followed TiVo’s recent announcement that it had begun to offer HBO Go on its TiVo Bolt, Roamio and Premiere retail product line, and that it would also extend support for the app on select TiVo devices that are distributed by its MVPD partners. Other TiVo U.S. MVPD partners include Buckeye CableSystem, Midco, Armstrong, GCI, Suddenlink Communications (now part of Altice Group), and Mediacom Communications, among others.
