ENGLEWOOD, COLO. - AT&T Broadband
completed a system swap with CableOne Inc.
that involves more than 250,000 subscribers in three states.
Under the deal, announced last August, CableOne gets 149,000 subscribers in the Idaho communities of Boise, Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, Pocatello and Lewiston, and in Ontario, Ore. AT & T gets systems in Modesto and Santa Rosa, Calif., worth 109,000 subscribers, and cash. CableOne has about 754,000 subscribers in 19 states.
