Aurora Outfits Products Suite for DOCSIS 3.1

Aurora Networks (booth 148) is outlining a suite of products outfitted for the emerging DOCSIS 3.1 platform.

On offer: new high-density transmitters (the HT3541H full spectrum transmitter, HT3300H 1310 nanometer transmitter, HLP4800 platform and SUPRALink SPL7210 and PWRLink II PWL4200 DFB transmitters, which are all 1.2 Gigahertz-capable); and nodes (NC4000 and AN2, which both support up to 1.2 GHz with a 250 Megahertz-ready upstream).

Aurora will also show how its Universal Digital Return technology is geared for DOCSIS 3.1 by allowing operators to support a return path beyond the 200-MHz mark without degradation, according to the company.
