Aztek Networks Tuesday named Daryl Overholt as its new chief financial officer, replacing the retiring Carl Maneri.
Overholt, who has more than 16 years of financial experience with venture-backed companies, spent the past five years working at Sequoia Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in technology and healthcare businesses.
Prior to joining Sequoia Venture Partners, Overholt worked for 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving in various financial roles for a variety of venture-backed hardware and software companies.
“Daryl's experience in senior-level finance positions and heavy involvement in early start-up companies will be extremely valuable to Aztek as we continue to experience accelerated growth,” Steven Bruny, Aztek Networks’ CEO, said in a statement.
Based in Boulder, Colo., Aztek Networks is a leading provider of Emergency Stand Alone (ESA) equipment for enabling network switch collapse.
