Former Charter Communications Inc. executive Maggie Bellville and ex-DirecTV Inc. president Roxanne Austin have joined EdgeTV’s board of advisors, officials said Monday.
EdgeTV -- which bills itself as a one-stop destination for all game players -- is looking to launch in the second quarter.
In addition to Bellville and Austin, EdgeTV also made two more additions to its board of advisors: Bertram Ellis Jr., founder of broadcast groups Act III Broadcasting and Ellis Communications Inc. and now a partner in Ellis-McQuary & Associates; and Anthony Meyer, chairman of Meyer & Co., a merchant-banking firm.
