Big Ten Sets Staff, Adds HD Programming
The Big Ten Network announced its new executive lineup of marketing, programming and advertising-sales executives as the network prepares for its August launch.
The Fox Cable Networks- and Big Ten Conference-owned network named former FSNexecutive Michael Feller to the role of vice president of programming, former Rainbow Sports Network marketing executive Erin Harvego to the network’s VP of marketing position and interactive-marketing-services sales executive Roy Seinfeld as VP of advertising sales, Big Ten Network president Mark Silverman said.
In other network news, Silverman said Big Ten Network will produce more than 350 events and more than 1,000 hours of content in HDwithin the first year. The network will also produce all studio programming in HD.
