Digeo Inc. CEO Jim Billmaier stepped down Monday.
He will be succeeded on an interim basis by Chris Purcell, a Digeo board member and vice president of technology for Vulcan Inc.
Digeo has a number of cable deployments for its “Moxi” set-top, including Charter Communications Inc. and Comcast Corp. The company is owned by Paul Allen.
