Blue Ridge Communications announced Thursday that it will launch Starz Encore Group LLC’s Starz On Demand subscription-video-on-demand service this month.
The country’s No. 23 MSO said it will offer the movies-on-demand addition to the "Starz Super Pak" package in its systems in Lehighton, Stroudsburg, Ephrata and Milford, Pa.
