Santa Monica, Calif.-RnetHealth.com Inc. said last Friday that president Wendy Borow-Johnson was also made CEO, succeeding founder William D. Moses, who was named vice chairman.
Borow-Johnson was brought in with the aim of transitioning to CEO, the company said. Before that, she was president of the consulting company Com-Med Strategic Alliances.
RnetHealth.com owns Recovery Network, which claims 6 million cable subscribers.
