Bravo has added some top names in the industry to its Musicians
lineup.
Lou Reed; Tony Bennett; Deborah Harry and Chris Stein of Blondie fame; and
Barry Manilow will join music journalist David Wild for one-hour sessions that
will include discussions on their careers and creative inspirations, as well as
performances of new and unreleased songs.
These artists join Sheryl Crow and Alanis Morissette as guests that will be
featured on the series, which is slated to bow Feb. 4 at 10 p.m.
Tapings for the recent additions to the Musicians roster were set to
be donelive before studio audiences at the Sony Music Studios in New
York Nov. 15, 17 and 18.
Musicians is co-produced by Frank Garritano and Michele Bessey for Line
by Line Productions and Jon Bendis for Another Diversion Inc. Debbie DeMontreux
and Lauren Levine are executive producers for Bravo.
