Bravo will begin production in New York this month on one-hour six-episode competition series Better Half.
The series -- which the network is teaming up on with IMG Media -- was previously announced as a series in development under the title War of the Wives.
Curb Your Enthusiasm star Susie Essman will host Better Half, in which the spouses or mates of two trained professionals -- such as chefs, comedians, party planners or hairstylists -- will square off in competition.
