Bravo Touts Four Series In Development
Looking at food, fashion, design and pop culture, Bravo disclosed that it has four new projects in various stages of development.
The quartet cut across a variety of genres and formats, according to Bravo vice president of development Eli Lehrer.
"Our diverse new development slate reflects Bravo's continual commitment to develop and showcase a wide range of creative content, and these docu-dramas feature fascinating individuals whose lives we think will resonate with our audience," said Lehrer in a statement. "I am extremely excited about our new projects that will allow us to continue to evolve and reinforce Bravo's pop culture brand with more water cooler hits."
The series (all are working titles) in development:
*Dean's List: Hollywood hair guy and former American Idol stylist, Dean Banowetz is best known for his fierce styling, endless imagination, celebrity clientele, amazing lifestyle. From opening a new salon and working with rocket scientists inventing his next must have hair product to building his high-end clientele by doing high-priced house calls, the series follows Banowetz as he builds his brand in Hollywood.
Dean's List is executive-produced by Scott Stone for Stone & Co. Entertainment and Adam Rosenblatt, Christian Horner, and Jamie Rosenblatt for H2R Entertainment.
*The Chris March Project: This is an up-close look at the over-the-top world of celebrity fashion designer Chris March. From concept to delivery, each week viewers will follow March and his eccentric crew of fashion misfits as they create a one-of-a-kind design for his loyal clientele, which includes everyone from Madonna to Meryl Streep.
The Chris March Project is executive-produced by Matt Westmore and Noah Scheinmann for Matt Westmore Media and No Regrets Entertainment.
*Roblé & Co: Chef Roblé Ali has established his reputation cooking for some of the biggest celebrities at New York hot-spots like Avenue. In this show, viewers can follow Roblé's attempt to conquer the catering world with his innovative cuisine and style. Based out of his Brooklyn loft, his new company is guided by Roblé's bossy big sister, Jasmine, and relies on the skills of a ragtag crew of old friends and unique characters.
Roblé & Co is executive-produced by Peter Franchella, Aaron Rothman, and Al Szymanski for Red Line Films.
*Thicker Than Water: This new project will give viewers a glimpse into the lives of a tight-knit, multi-generational family and the unbreakable bonds they share. From family celebrations to family feuds, we'll go inside the dramatic, chaotic lives of the many brothers and sisters (and their spouses and children) and be there for all the highs and lows that make life in a sprawling family an ongoing adventure.
