Bunim-Murray Productions promoted Gil Goldschein to chief operating officer.
Goldschein had been general counsel at the reality television pioneer.
In his new role, he will oversee the management and growth of the company and continue to lead and strategize new media ventures, including its mobisodes and Internet aftershows for The Real World and Real World/Road Rules Challenge. He will also spearhead corporate initiatives into the documentary and scripted-television marketplaces.
