Cable Claims Victory In Broward Ruling

WASHINGTON -Cable operators claimed an open-access victory late last week. A federal judge ruled on Nov. 8 that Florida's Broward County violated the First Amendment by requiring Comcast Corp. and AT & T Broadband to provide equal access to competing Internet-service providers.
