Cable Cleans Up With Globe, SAG Nods
Cable networks dominated both the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the Golden Globe Awards nominations last week. HBO led the charge, generating the most Globes (15) and SAG Awards (14) nominees of any network. New entrants, such as FX’s Fargo and Showtime’s The Affair, as well as veteran shows like HBO’s Game of Thrones and Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black and House of Cards drew multiple SAG and Golden Globe nominations.
