Cebridge Connections, the St. Louis-based MSO headed by industry veteran Jerry Kent, has hired Thomas McMillin as executive vice president and chief financial officer, the company said in a statement.
McMillin, who most recently had been CFO of Dallas-based radio-station developer and operator First Broadcasting LLC, will relocate from Dallas to St. Louis. His appointment is effective Feb. 13.
Cebridge emerged as the winner last year for Cox Communications Inc.’s 940,000 cable subscribers in the Southeastern and Southwestern portions of the country -- a deal that will boost Cebridge’s subscriber base to about 1.3 million.
Ralph Kelly, who managed the finance and accounting functions at Cebridge during its early development, will continue with the company in the newly created position of treasurer.
