Charter Extends Customer Loyalty Program Nationally
Charter Communications, Inc. is going national with a customer appreciation program.
After testing the customer appreciation and loyalty program with its east division, the operator is rolling “Live It with Charter” across its footprint, giving members an opportunity to earn and redeem points for Charter products and services, prizes, and entries into sweepstakes.
Members of the Live It with Charter program earn points for subscribing to Charter services. Prizes awarded in the past range from apparel to high-definition televisions and vacations.
Over the past year, Charter said it has invested over $1 billion to serve its customers and enhance its service capabilities.
“The Live It with Charter program is all about our customers,” said Phil Bellaria, vice president, customer loyalty, in a statement. “We are committed to offering our customers great value and exceptional service. With this program, we are also offering them the opportunity to win unbelievable trips and prizes. We appreciate our customers and we are excited to offer this program nation wide.”
