Charter Communications Inc. could make an announcement as early as this
coming week about a second video-on-demand-server provider, aside from
Concurrent Computer Corp., according to sources.
Executives with SeaChange International Inc. said they weren't 'optimistic'
about reaching a Charter deal in the short term, and speculation centered on
nCUBE as the provider.
