Charter Communications Inc. named former Delta Air Lines senior vice president Jeffrey T. Fisher as its chief financial officer, effective Feb. 6.
He replaces interim CFO Paul Martin, who will continue as Charter's senior VP and controller until at least March 31.
At Delta, Fisher oversaw the company's corporate-restructuring group after earlier running, as president and general manager, the Delta Connection Inc. group of regional airline companies.
