Marsha Berkbigler has been promoted to vice president of government affairs and franchise relations, Western-division operations at Charter Communications Inc.
Berkbigler had been director of government relations for northern Nevada and northern California.
Charter's Western division serves about 1.1 million subscribers in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
