Denise Cooper has been promoted to vice president, business and legal affairs and general counsel at Chum Ltd.
Cooper had been VP, business and legal affairs at the company’s Chum Television unit.
In her new post, Cooper’s responsibilities include all business and legal affairs for Chum's radio and TV divisions, in addition to nonbroadcast units Chum Radio Sales, Chum Satellite Services, Chum Interactive and Chum Television International. She is also responsible for overall corporate affairs for the company.
