CNBC canceled Friday-night show Wall Street Journal Editorial Board with
Stuart Varney, replacing it with the one-hour Capital Report, which
previously ran Monday through Thursday at 9 p.m.
The network hired U.S. News & World Report contributing editor
Gloria Borger as a co-host of Capital Report. She joins CNBC Washington,
D.C., bureau chief Alan Murray.
Former Open Exchange co-anchor Tyler Mathisen kicked off his show
Monday at 2 p.m. The show will lop one hour off Power Lunch, which will
now run from noon to 2 p.m.
