CNBC said last week it will replace Rivera Live
with CNBC's America's Now
— a business news show that will feature rotating anchors — starting on Monday.
Geraldo Rivera announced recently that he's leaving CNBC to join Fox News Channel as a war correspondent. His final Rivera Live
program was scheduled for last Friday.
CNBC anchors Maria Bartiromo and David Faber will host CNBC's America's Now
during the week of Nov. 19. The network said the program, which will focus on the business impact of general news stories, will use different anchors each week.
The program will run weekdays from 9 to 10 p.m., and repeat at midnight.
CNBC spokeswoman Alison Rudnick said the network doesn't have any plans to name a permanent anchor for the program in the near future.
Fox News has said that Rivera — who quit NBC after the company wouldn't send him to Afghanistan — will depart for South Asia on Nov. 19.
