Comcast Corp. added Discovery HD Theater to its hometown lineup Thursday.
Philadelphia-area Comcast subscribers can access the Discovery Networks U.S. high-definition service on channel 186, the MSO said.
The addition of Discovery HD Theater brings the number of HD channels on Comcast’s Philadelphia system to 14.
The MSO also announced that more than 70 hours of Discovery Networks programming is now available via Comcast On Demand, its video-on-demand service.
