Comcast Corp. is launching a high-speed program for companies with high percentages of teleworkers in areas where the MSO offers high-speed service.
Comcast Teleworker offers speeds optimized for teleworkers to connect to their corporate locations through a virtual private network for access to electronic mail and corporate files.
The MSO promises speeds of up to 3 megabits per second and advanced customer support and tools. Teleworkers can be linked both on a regional or national basis, Comcast said.
