George Booth was promoted to vice president, operational products for Comcast Corp.’s Midwest division.
Booth had been area VP for the city of Chicago.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects including the anticipated acquisition and integration of certain Susquehanna Communications and Time Warner Cable systems; acquisition due diligence; reducing sales and retention discounting; and reducing technical and customer-service transaction costs.
