Comcast Remains Domeless

published Comcast Corp. withdrew its $7 million offer to buy the naming rights to the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Wash., AP reported Wednesday.
The MSO pulled out Tuesday, shortly before the Tacoma City Council was set to vote on the offer Tuesday night.
"Over the past several weeks, it has become increasingly clear that putting the Comcast name on the Tacoma Dome would not be in the best interest of our company," area vice president Anne McMullen said in a letter faxed to city officials.
