Conexant Systems Inc. has promoted J. Scott Blouin to senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Blouin had been senior VP and chief accounting officer.
He succeeds Robert McMullan, who resigned for personal reasons.
Blouin reports to CEO Armando Geday.
