Earl Shanks has joined Convergys Corp. as chief financial officer.
Shanks, formerly senior vice president and CFO at NCR Corp., replaces Steve Rolls, who remains as executive VP, global customer management and employee care at the Cincinnati-based vendor of integrated-billing, employee-care and customer-care services.
