Bill Cosby's Dr. Cliff Huxtable delivered during his first night on Nick at
Nite.
The first night of the 'My Favorite Huxtable' marathon -- touting Nick at
Nite's addition of classic sitcom The Cosby Show to its lineup -- scored
a 64 percent increase in ratings and an 80 percent jump among its key
demographic group, adults 18 through 49, March 3 from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.
According to Nielsen Media Research data supplied by the network, Nick at
Nite generated a 1.9 household rating, making it the second-highest-rated
basic-cable network for the night.
Through March 8, the channel is airing classic episodes of Cosby,
while viewers have a chance to vote online at Nick-at-Nite.com for their
favorite Huxtable offspring.
Cosby settles into its daily time slot -- 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. -- March
10.
