Courtroom Television Network will air a one-hour special on the case against
Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant Aug. 8.
The Case Against Kobe Bryant: Court TV Investigates will provide
important context, background and analysis of the critical legal issues involved
in the case, in which Bryant is accused of raping a 19-year-old woman in Eagle,
Colo.
The show will air the same day Bryant appears in a Denver court to hear the
formal charges against him.
The show will examine the rights of the accused versus the accuser and the
testosterone-charged, often-volatile environment of professional sports, Court
TV officials said.
