Cox Communications Inc. has promoted Herb Dougall to vice president of network operations in Arizona.
Dougall had been director of master-telecommunications center engineering and operations in Phoenix.
In his new role, he will oversee the MTC and switch operations; engineering and construction; plant maintenance and design; and test-desk functions for video, high-speed-data and telephony services. In addition, Dougall will be responsible for risk management and safety.
