CSG Systems International Inc. announced a change to its board of directors Wednesday.
Former chairman and CEO Neal Hansen has resigned from the customer-care and billing-solutions vendor’s board, and he will be replaced by Alerion Capital Group managing principal James Unruh.
Unruh was a cofounder of Alerion, a private-equity merchant bank, in 1998.
