CSG Systems International Inc. announced several changes to its board of directors Tuesday.
Longtime board member Bernard Reznicek has been named nonexecutive chairman.
Former Cable & Wireless plc global CEO Don Reed has been added to CSG’s board.
And George Haddix has resigned from the customer-care and billing-solutions vendor’s board.
Reznicek and Donald Smith were elected to terms that run through 2008.
