CSG Systems International Inc. is selling its global-software division to Comverse Technology Inc. for $251 million.
“The divestiture of the GSS division will allow CSG to intensify its focus on our core competencies in the cable and DBS [direct-broadcast satellite] markets,” CEO Ed Nafus said.
The division includes the “Kenan FX” software and services portfolio and the ICMS customer-care division.
