Time Warner Cable SportsNet’s and Time Warner Cable Deportes have tipped off TV Everywhere accessibility for DirecTV subscribers.
The DBS customers who subscribe to the services can now watch the regional sports networks’fare, including live Los Angeles Lakers, LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Sparks games, both in-the-home and on-the-go. TWC customers have been able to the services' TV Everywhere capabilities since their launch last October. The RSNs are the first to be available on a mobile basis, according to Time Warner Cable.
The DBS leader and the MSO’s subscribers in the networks’ home territory can watch the networks on computers or mobile devices after they log in with their password to verify their subscription. In addition to TV screening, subscribers also can watch the programming on the networks’ websites (www.twcsportsnet.com and www.twcdeportes.com and on iOS and Android tablet and mobile devices via the mobile applications titled “TWC SportsNet” and “TWC Deportes.” The apps are available in the iTunes store and on Google Play and feature 24/7 live network programming and full programming schedules.
Fans can also join Lakers' live chat on the RSNs' websites during the NBA club's live games. By visiting the “live” or “en vico” pages on the websites and clicking the ‘launch chat’ or ‘chatea ahora’ button, all fans can access the chat application.
