EchoStar Communications Corp. confirmed Tuesday that it has named John
Scarborough as its next senior vice president of marketing.
Scarborough had worked in corporate marketing for Denver-based Qwest
Communications International Inc.
Scarborough, who starts later this week, replaces former EchoStar marketing
senior VP Ira Bahr, who left the company in February to join programming
start-up Bingo TV.
