Disney Squeezes 5.7 Million Viewers For 'Lemonade Mouth'
Audiences didn't sour on Disney Channel's April 15 original movie Lemonade Mouth, which averaged 5.7 million viewers for its premiere.
The movie, which stars stars Bridgit Mendler (Good Luck Charlie), Adam Hicks (Disney XD's Zeke and Luther), was the most watched original cable movie of 2011, according to network officials. The movie was also tops for the night among kids 6 to 11 (2.3 million) and tweens 9-14 (2.1 million).
Lemonade Mouth bested the 5.2 million viewers generated by the March 25 film The Suite Life Movie to become the top viewed movie on Disney Channel in 2011, network officials said.
