Scott Garner has been promoted to senior vice president of programming at Disney Channel.
Garner had been VP, program planning and scheduling.
He will continue to oversee the planning and scheduling of all kids’ TV content on four networks: Disney, Toon Disney, ABC Family and ABC Kids, ABC Television Network's Saturday-morning daypart.
