ESPN Hires Basic Instinct Director

ESPN signed Basic Instinct and Flashdance screenwriter Joe
Eszterhas to write the script for its Ice Bowl original movie, which will
premiere in December.

It's Eszterhas' first project since being diagnosed with throat cancer two
years ago.
