ESPN to Livestream WNBA Games
ESPN will livestream 11 regular-season WNBA games during the league's current season, the network announced Thursday (May 25).
The package of livestreamed games, which will appear on the ESPN app, will launch next Tuesday (May 30) with the Indiana Fever-Dallas Wings game. Future live game streams will feature such teams as the San Antonio Stars, the Seattle Storm, the Chicago Sky and the New York Liberty, network officials said.
The WNBA-ESPN streaming deal comes on the heels of a three-year streaming deal reached last week between the WNBA and Twitter.
