Ethier Upped to COO at HSN

HSN U.S. has promoted Mark Ethier to chief operating officer.

Ethier had been executive vice president of operations.

Since June 2001, he has been responsible for managing HSN operations including customer care, fulfillment, logistics, information technology and administration.
